Structural Features and Operating Principle

Main Structure

● This machine is primarily composed of a frame, a sand‑and‑gravel separator, a floating‑material separator, a rice hopper, a water‑saving device, and a piping system.

Working principle

After connecting the water supply, turn on the power and set the stone‑removal pressure. Place the rice into the receiving hopper; through the separator assembly, under varying water pressures, hard impurities such as stones and mud are discharged from the sand‑and‑stone separator, while bran, rice weevils, and other debris are removed by the floating‑material separator. The washed rice then flows through the discharge pipe into the collection basket, completing the rice‑washing process. (Continuous operation)
